Nezza Alvarez  designer & illustrator
Hi there! I’m a Mexican American designer and illustrator drawn to visual identity, vibrant illustration, and storytelling. I combine thoughtful concepts with bold color, typography, and illustration to create work that feels purposeful and memorable.
My relationship with design started early, from studying graphic communications in high school to earning my BFA in Visual Communication Design from UTA in 2023. Along the way, I gained experience with the Texas Rangers and UTA’s FabLab before taking an unexpected turn into bilingual education, an experience that strengthened how I communicate, problem-solve, and approach challenges with empathy.
Now, I’m excited to bring those experiences into my next chapter as a designer and continue growing alongside a creative team. I also continue to grow NezzaCore, a personal creative space where I explore illustration, storytelling, and whatever sparks my curiosity.
For a deeper look at the professional chapters throughout my journey, my resume can be found here.
A Little More About Me
When I’m not creating, you’ll usually find me exploring with my husband Jesse and our pups, Rainy and Nala, spending time with family, or simply enjoying the little moments that inspire my work.
