I'm Nezza  designer & illustrator
she / her / ella
I’m on a quest to create visual worlds that invite pause, comfort, wonder, and reflection
I'm a proud neurodivergent, Mexican American designer drawn to the meaningful ways creative work can help us connect with ourselves and one another
My practice is guided by intuition, intention, and curiosity. Through design, illustration, and storytelling, I explore the experiences, questions, and moments that shape who we are and who we're becoming
My perspective has been shaped by many core experiences, including earning my BFA in Visual Communication Design from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2023 and spending a season as a bilingual educator working with young learners. Together, these experiences continue to influence how I approach creativity with a deep appreciation for different ways of seeing the world
Through NezzaCore, I continue to create work shaped by empathy, wonder, and reflection, exploring the many ways we connect, grow, and make meaning of our experiences

The Core of It All
When I’m not creating, you’ll usually find me exploring with my husband Jesse and our pups, Rainy and Nala  or with my family, quietly soaking in the small moments that inspire my work
