What else am I?
A three-part poster series pairing reflective writing with atmospheric illustration
When I came across TypeCampus’ open call for the fifth edition of Fight for Kindness, I saw an opportunity to explore kindness through connection and belonging.
I wanted to create an illustrative poster series that felt reflective and hopeful, inviting viewers to consider their place within the world around them.

I built each poster around a dreamlike environment, using layered color, texture, and light to give each reflection a world of its own.
The landscapes shift from earth to sea, while recurring paths and movement reinforce the idea of becoming and finding our place within something larger.
Typography was treated as part of each environment, following the movement and composition of the illustrations rather than sitting within a traditional layout. This allowed the words and imagery to move together, creating a more immersive reading experience.
Creating this series gave me the opportunity to explore how illustration and visual storytelling can communicate abstract ideas like connection, belonging, and our place within something larger than ourselves.
